我国对外直接投资的产业选择
内容摘要
目前我国对外直接投资发展迅速,从而带动了国内产业结构的调整和升级,但外直接投资的产业布局尚欠合理。例如,我国对外直接投资过分偏重于初级产品和产业的投资,对于高新技术产业和服务金融业的投资严重偏少;注重对国内连锁效应弱的产业的投资,忽视对国内连锁效应强的产业的投资。合理选择对外直接投资的产业,不仅可以完善国际分工格局,而且对于整个国家对外经济活动的经济效益和国民经济的增长,投资者(企业)本身的经济效益和投资者自身的发展壮大都有重要的影响。通过对我国对外直接投资的产业现状和存在问题的分析,结合目前我国社会主义市场经济发展的需要和现实产业竞争的能力,同时根据对外直接投资产业选择的理论,制定客观现实的政策导向,来推动国内产业结构的升级换代,为政府宏观指导和企业微观决策提供依据,使我国对外直接投资能够朝着更加健康、有利的方向发展,更好地实施“走出去”战略。

Industrial Selection in China’s Foreign Direct Investment
ABSTRACT
At present the develop of Chinese outward foreign direct investment is so rapidly that bringing on upgrading and adjusting of domestic industry structure .But layout of industry structure is not in reason. For example. Chinese outward foreign direct investment is heavily apt to primary products investment, but badly minis investment of high-tech industry and finance service industry. If the industrial selection is in reason, can not only perfect international structure,but also it is useful to our entire economic improve and has an impartment impact on investor develop and economic benefit. By analyzing Chinese outward foreign direct investment industry state and existent problems at present, combine needs of social democracy develop and fact industry ability petition. Also according to outward foreign direct investment industry theory, constitute extension policy orientation on these bases. So that improving domestic industry structure, offering macroscopically direction gist for government, offering
microcosmic decision-making gist for enterprises. Then Chinese outward foreign direct investment will develop to a more healthy and favorable orientation. Government will put in practice more well on policy “go out”.
