【摘要】目的研究苍术挥发油与β-环糊精(β-CD)包合的制备方法及包合最佳工艺。方法采用正交方法,以包合物得率及挥发油利用率为指标,对影响挥发油的β-CD包合的条件做了优化实验,选定最佳工艺,并采用薄层色谱法对包合物进行物相鉴别。结果实验结果显示,最佳包合条件为挥发油∶β-CD=1∶8,搅拌时间2 h,包合温度为30℃。结论此工艺可提高制剂稳定性,方法简便易行,能适用于大生产。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the preparation method and the optimum one of β-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) including volatile oil extracted from Atractylodes lancea DC. Koidz. MethodsThe experiments were designed with orthogonal experiment, using the yield and inclusion rate of volatile oil were used as indexes to optimize the process, and TLC was conducted to determine the quality of volatile oil. ResultsThe optimum inclusion condition was that volatile oil
∶β-CD in proportion as 1∶8 was mixed, and triturated 2 hours,30℃.ConclusionThis process can improve preparation stability, and the method is convenient and can be applied to large-scale production.

苍术为菊科植物北苍术Atractylodes chinensis DC. Koidz的干燥根茎,具有燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,明目的功能,用于脘腹胀满,泄泻,水肿,脚气痿痹,风湿痹痛,风寒感冒,夜盲[1]等证。苍术中挥发油是其主要活性成分之一,现代药理表明具有抗胃溃疡、抗病毒及抗缺氧和中枢神经抑制等作用[2]。但挥发油易挥发,遇光和热不稳定,制剂长期放置容易变质。用β-环糊精包合中药挥发油增强稳定性的方法已在中成药制剂中得到了广泛的研究和应用[3],但尚未见β-环糊精包合苍术挥发油报道,笔者用β-环糊精包合苍术挥发油考察最佳工艺。
