【摘要】目的建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定龙胆花中落干酸、獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苷的含量。方法采用ZORBAX SB-CM18(250 mm× mm,5 μm)色谱柱;流动相甲醇和水(%磷酸)为15∶85的比例洗脱;检测波长为238 nm;流速1 ml·min-1;柱温30℃。结果4种成分均达到基线分离,落干酸、獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、~ μg (r = 9),~ μg (r = 8),~ μg(r = 9)~ μg (r = 8);%(RSD=%,n=5),%(RSD=%,n=5),%(RSD=%,n=5),% (RSD=%,n=5)。结论该方法测定快速,结果准确、可靠。

Zorbax S-C18 (250 mm × mm, 5 μm) and eluted with methanol and water(% phosphoric acid) to 15:85,the detection wavelength was at 238 nm, the flow rate was 1ml·min-1,and the column temperature was at 30℃.pounds were linear ranges of loganic acid,swertiamarin,gentiopicroside and sweroside were ~ μg (r= 9),~ (r= 8),~(r= 9) and ~ μg (r= 8) respectively. The average recoveries were %(RSD=%, n=5),%(RSD=%,n=5),%(RSD=%, n=5) and % (RSD=%,n=5,) , method is rapid and precise .
