【摘要】目的研究金边瑞香活性成分瑞香黄烷-Ⅰ(E002)、瑞香素(E003)抗肿瘤活性,为进一步研究抗肿瘤机制提供依据。方法用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测不同浓度E002、E003对SMMC-7721和MCF-7细胞的抑制率。结果①E002、E003浓度为250~ μg/ml时,作用SMMC-7721细胞,两者的抑制率为:(±)%~(±)%。②E002浓度为250~ μg/ml时,作用MCF-7细胞,其抑制率为:(±)%~(±)%。③E002对SMMC-7721和MCF-7细胞的IC50值分别为:(±)和(±) μg/ml;E003对SMMC-7721细胞的IC50值为:(±) μg/ml。结论金边瑞香活性成分瑞香黄烷-Ⅰ对SMMC-7721、MCF-7细胞,瑞香素对SMMC-7721细胞的增殖均有显著抑制作用,且呈现良好的剂量依赖性。
