【摘要】目的用高效液相色谱法测不同来源的民族药岩陀药材中岩白菜素的含量,为资源利用提供依据。方法Zorbax SB- C18色谱柱( mm×150 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇- 水(%磷酸)17∶83,流速: ml/min,检测波长:275nm,柱温30℃。~ μg,相关系数r = 9,%(n=5),RSD为 %。结论在民间作为岩陀使用的植物根茎中都含有岩白菜素,但种间差异较大,且与产地和采收期有一定的关系。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze pare the content of bergenin in 3 species of Rodgersia and to supply a basis for the resources chromatographic assay of bergenin was performed on Zorbax SB- C18 column( mm
×150 mm,5 μm) with a flow rate of ml/ mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-%H3PO4(17∶83) .The detection wavelength was at 275 nm,and the column temprature was maitained at 30℃. ResultsThe result indicated good linearity over the range of ~ μg with coefficients(r)of 9 .ConclusionThis experimenal results show that those plants used for Yuantuo in folk medicine contain bergenin,but the difference is notable.

岩陀为白族、傈族民间习用的民族药, 药材的傈僳文名为埃陀,白族则习称散药,为虎耳草科植物羽叶鬼灯檠Rodgersia pinnata Franch.,西南鬼灯檠Rodgersia sambucifolia aesculifolia 。其根茎具有收敛、消炎、祛风除湿的功效,对菌痢、肠炎、感冒头痛、外伤出血、风湿骨痛、老年性支气管炎等常见疾病有较好的疗效[1]。岩陀根茎中主要含有糖类、鞣质、岩白菜素、槲皮素及山萘酚等黄酮类成分[2]。其止咳的主要成分为岩白菜素(bergenin),因岩白菜的资源减少,现主要从岩
