摘要:以乙缩醛生产过程中精馏塔塔底有色高沸物为研究对象,分别以粒状活性炭、硅藻土、活性白
土和粉煤灰为脱色剂,考察了其脱色的可能性,发现活性炭对其脱色最有效。以脱色温度、活性炭用量、脱
色时间和搅拌强度为实验因素,以脱色率为考察指标,分别用单因素实验和正交实验对乙缩醛溶液进行了脱
色研究,最终确定乙缩醛溶液脱色的最佳条件为:活性炭用量20%,脱色温度20℃,脱色时间6h,脱色率为
%。
