交叉学科视野下的高校德育发展研究

摘要
高校德育是高等教育人才培养的重要组成部分,承担着培养社会主义合格建
设者和可靠接班人的重要任务。在不同学科交叉融合成为学科发展创新不可阻挡
的时代潮流下,为了更好地适应德育面临的新形势、新情况、新问题,广大德育
工作者需要主动改变思维模式,从多学科、交叉学科视角全面审视、关照高校德
育的创新发展。
德育学科自身发展的特性、德育外部环境的改变、德育对象的复杂性以及德
育未来发展的趋势,使得学科交叉成为德育创新发展的内在需求和动力,其在德
育研究中的价值也日渐凸显。学科交叉不仅有助于拓展新的研究视角、丰富研究
方法,形成新的研究成果,更有助于打破学科间的壁垒,促进德育与相关学科之
间的相互渗透与融合,为高校德育的理论实践创新寻求新的生长点和突破口。
但由于从交叉学科视野探讨德育问题在我国起步较晚,研究成果多是以某个
学科的视角探索德育方法与途径,还不完全属于以交叉学科的视角开展德育的发
展研究。同时由于缺乏多学科交叉融合的研究视野,我国高校在德育教学和研究
中,普遍存在着诸如人文性和科学性偏弱,个体主体性研究不足,学科基本理论
淡化,实践研究欠缺,问题意识和解题能力有待增强等问题。
基于此,本课题从学科发展、社会发展的双重背景和趋势,分析了运用交叉
学科视角开展德育研究的必要性、紧迫性和可行性,并对高校德育在交叉学科视
野下更新育人理念、加强学科体系建设、丰富德育方法、提升解决实际问题等方
面提出了相应的思路和方法。同时从发展战略的高度,对高校德育开展学科交叉
研究的运行机制、管理体制、人才培养模式等方面提出了相应的对策和建议。

Abstrct
Moral education in colleges and universities is an important part of higher education
personnel training, to cultivate qualified builders and reliable essors of socialism
important tasks. In different subjects have merged to e unstoppable pro tection
subject development innovation, in order to better adapt to the moral education is facing
the new situation, new situation and new problems, and the thinking mode of moral
education workers need to take the initiative to change, from the multi-disciplinary,
interdisciplinary perspective to prehensive, pay attention to the innovation and
development of the moral education in colleges and universities.
Features on the development of moral education, moral education of plexity
of the external environment change, the moral education object as well as the future
development trend of moral education, makes the interdisciplinarity the inner demand
