文档介绍：内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文中文摘要教师队伍建设历来都是国家教育事业的主题之一,无论是学校的发展或是学生的进步都需要一支师德高尚、业务精湛的教师队伍作为保障。特别是在我国的义务教育阶段,教师队伍的建设显得尤为重要,近年来,我国政府通过采取~系列的措施,困扰中小学教师队伍建设的一些突出矛盾已经在缓解,义务教育阶段中小学教师的学历、结构、水平、素质等不断提高,教师的社会地位也逐年提升。但是,教育的改革仍然对教师队伍的建设提出了更高的要求,这是与社会的发展相适应的,可以说,教师队伍的建设依旧是未来很长一段时期内国家教育改革的重点之一。本文以包头市东河区义务教育阶段教师队伍为研究对象,通过对其现状与问题的分析,提出解决的对策。文章首先对国内外在教师队伍建设方面的有关研究成果进行了阐述,作为本文研究的参考基础;然后对包头市东河区义务教育阶段教师队伍的建设历史展开研究,由此可以看出东河区教师队伍在数十年的变迁中不断进步和改革所取得的辉煌成绩,这些都为该区教师队伍今后的建设奠定了基础;之后,充分利用了问卷调查的方法和访谈法,对东河区义务教育阶段教师队伍的现状展开调查与分析, 并从队伍结构、教师培训、教师待遇与流动、教师身心状况等方面探讨存在的问题; 最后借助归纳总结的方法,提出了解决上述主要存在问题的具体措施,以此来增强东河区义务教育阶段教师队伍建设的水平。关键词:教师队伍;义务教育;建设:待遇;薪酬内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Teachers’construction always been one of the themes of national education,whether itis the development of the school or the student’S progress is anoble morality,business skillsofteachers as a guarantee. pulsory education in our country,the construction ofteachers isparticularlyimportant in recent years,ourGovernment,through aseriesof measures,some prominent contradictions plaguing the construction of primary andsecondary teachershave been pulsory primary andsecondary schoolteacherseducation,structure,level,quality,continuous improvement ofthesocial status ofteachers alsoincreased year by year.
