However,the education reform isstill on thebuilding ofteachers with a higherdemand,which patible withthedevelopment ofsociety,we can say that theteachers ofthebuilding is still one ofthepriorities ofthenational educationreform inthefuturefor alongperiod oftime. Inthisthesis,the East River District,Baotou City,the stage pulsory education teachers forthestudy,through analysis ofitspresent situationandproblems,the articlefirstdescribed the research athome and abroad inrespect ofTeachers,as areference basis for thisstudy;study and then on the East River District,Baotou City,the constructionhistory ofthestage pulsory education teachers,which can be seen thatthe EastRiver Districtteacherscontinue toprogress andreform inthedecades ofchanges made brilliantachievements,which are the fotmdation forthefutureconstruction oftheteachers inthedistrict;make full use ofthequestionnaire survey andinterviews,on theEastRiver investigation andanalysis pulsory education inteachers,and explore theproblems interms ofteam structure,teacher training,teacher treatment and liquidity,teachers,physical and mental condition;the lastwith the 内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文 summarized method isproposed to solve the above problems specific measures in order to enhance the level ofthe East River District,the construction ofteachers pulsory education stage.
