摘要

为了贯彻落实中央《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》、
《关于进一步加强和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的意见》,《<关于进一步加强
和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的意见>实施方案》的精神,自 2006 年秋季学期
开始,全国各高校开始执行 05 新方案。新世纪新阶段,我们应该如何贯彻好中
央的的精神,使用好新教材,针对新时期学生的新特点,上好高校思想政治理论
课,以确保思想政治理论课的教学效果,做好高中与高校课程的衔接工作就显得
极为重要。唯此才能增强思想政治理论课的实效性,才能全面推进高校思想政治
理论课的教学改革,才能提高思想政治教育的有效性,才能使学生全面发展;目
前,高中思想政治课与高校思想政治理论课的衔接存在不少问题,如课程目标设
置不科学层次不清,内容渐进性不强教学内容重复,教学方法简单针对性不强,
教学理念滞后衔接意识淡薄,等等。思想政治理论课是对学生进行思想政治教育
的主阵地、主战场,它的对象是有思想、有意识、能动的人,高校思想政治理论
课与高中思想政治课的衔接过程体现了人的主体性理论、系统论理论。实现两者
的衔接应从教学理念、教学方法、师资等多方面入手:(一)明确课程目标,实
现教学的有效衔接;( 二)树立整体意识,构建教学衔接的渐进性;( 三)创新教
学方法,增强教学衔接的实效性;(四)剖析教学对象,提高教学衔接的针对性;
(五)加强师资队伍建设,提升教学衔接质量;( 六)完善教学评价体系,优化
教学衔接;( 七)加强实践教学,实现理论与实践相结合。

ABSTRACT

In order to implement good central "on further strengthen and
improve university students' ideological and political education opinion",
