摘 要
加热反应炉是许多企业中的重要设备之一，为了避免事故的发生，实现安全生产，有必要对
它的状态进行实时数据监控。通过 MCGS 组态软件设计上位机监控画面，实时监控各参数。本设计利用组态 MCGS 组态技术，使加热反应炉进行进料和排料，进气和排气，加热等自动控制，还可以进行数据实时报表输出，并可以对加热反应炉内水位变化进行实时曲线显示输出和历史曲线
显示输出，并显示出报警信息，这样能预防和减少生产过程中的安全事故的发生，提高了人身的安全系数。当意外发生或事故发生了以后，可以通过对历史数据报表和曲线观察分析，迅速总结经验，加强管理，从而避免今后再次发生类似的意外情况或事故，达到安全生产的目的。

ABSTRACT

can

design uses MCGS technology,automating
feeding and nesting,intake and
exhaust,heating of heating
can also output the data report

time
and shows alarm
information,which can prevent and reduce the likelihood of accidents in the production process;enhance personal safety factor.
When accidents happened,experience can be quickly summed up through the existed data report and curve to them,enterprises strengthen the management,avoiding similar accidents in the future and achieve the purpose of safety production.
