在岗培训现状与对策研究

摘要 目的 通过对四川省凉山彝族自治州乡村医生在岗培训现状的调查和分析,找出培训中存在的问题。
方法 采用自拟问卷对参加 2010 年 10 月凉山州卫生学校在岗培训的 13 个县的 300 名乡村医生进行现场调查,
了解其在岗培训现状。数据录入采用 Epidata 软件,统计分析采用 SPSS 软件。结果 共发放问卷 300 份,
回收有效问卷 279 份,有效率为 93%。调查结果显示:四川省凉山彝族自治州乡村医生学历层次普遍较低,知识技
能缺乏,培训费用负担过重,培训内容和乡村医生的实际需求存在一定差距。结论 凉山州乡村医生在岗培训应
从该州实际出发,充分考虑少数民族地区的特点,提高乡村医生培训的质量,并制定相关扶持政策和实施办法。
