摘要:20批纪90年代以來,日木经济曾陷入长期低迷时期,广受赞誉的H木企业雇佣 管理制度——终身雇佣制也开始受到广泛质疑。血对激变的经营环境,LI本企业开始纷纷 推出改革举措,其主要特征是:引进绩效主义、彻底改革有日木经营“神器”之称的终身 雇佣体制。经营环境决定企业的经营方式,日木企业的此次雇佣体制的制度创新诡处于初 始阶段,终身雇佣制的“外壳”仍将继续存在一段时间。

Abstract: Since the 1990s, Japanese economy has fallen into a long period of depression. The employment system of the Japanese enterprises that had been wi dely apprai sed—the 1i felong employmenl system一has started been chai1enged extensively. In order to adapt to the drastically changing bus iness environment, Japanese enterprises have begun to reform gradual1y. The in3in characteristics of the reform are: introducing the "drawing into performancebased system” and completely reforming the lifelong employment system that was once acclaimed as the "talisman. Business environment determines the managing style. This innovation of the hiring system of the Japanese enterprises is still in a primary stage・ The "shell” of the lifelong hiring system will st订1 be in existence for a considerable period of time.
