复原力、父母教养方式与大学生心理压力的研究

摘要

目的:本课题通过对大学生复原力、父母教养方式和心理压力的调查和分析,了解大学生复原力、
父母教养方式及心理压力的现状,并探寻三者之间的相互关系,挖掘影响大学生心理压力的深层原
因,丰富相关理论研究。并在实际应用中为从根本上改善大学生压力状况提供理论依据,进而从根
本上缓解大学生现存的各种压力,促进大学生健康成长和全面发展。

方法:使用复原力量表、父母教养方式问卷(EMBU)、觉察压力量表(PSS)对新疆某综合性大学的
495 名在校大学生进行问卷调查,数据资料整理与分析统一采用统计学软件。

结果:
1. 大学生复原力水平处于中等偏上程度;性别差异显示女生复原力水平高于男生;年级差异显示
一年级大学生复原力水平高于其他年级大学生。
2. 大学生对于父母教养方式的感知以父亲温暖理解和母亲温暖理解为主;大学生父母教养方式在
性别、独生与否、专业及生源地上存在差异,差异有统计学意义
3. 大学生总体压力水平不高,居于中等水平;大学生心理压力在民族、专业和年级上存在差异,
差异有统计学意义。
4. 大学生复原力与父母教养之间显著相关,父母教养方式中母亲惩罚严厉、母亲温暖理解及父亲
过度保护可对大学生复原力进行预测。
5. 大学生复原力与心理压力之间显著相关,复原力中稳定性、自我效能、朋友支持三个因子可对
大学生心理压力结果进行预测。
6. 大学生父母教养方式仅与觉察压力中预测感之间存在显著相关性;父母教养方式的 11 个因子中
仅父亲过度保护和母亲温暖理解对于大学生心理压力具有预测作用。

结论: 大学生心理压力状况居于中等偏低水平;复原力与心理压力之间呈显著负相关,对压力结果
有较高预测力;父母教养方式与心理压力无显著相关,对心理压力的预测力不佳。

Abstract
Objective: By investigating and analyzing the undergraduates' resilience level, parental rearing patterns
situation and psychological stress level, we try to find the relationship between these factors, and explore
the deeply meaningful reason of the undergraduates' psychological stress. It can offer references for
university and family in student's education of mental healthy, furthermore relieve the undergraduates'
psychological stress level and promote their mental health.

Methods: 495 cases of undergraduates were surveyed with questionnaires of Resilience Survey, EMBU and
Perceived Stress Scale. All statistical data were analyzed using the statistical software.

Results:
1. The undergraduates have a little high level of resilience, female students have the higher level of
resilience than male students, while the freshmen have a higher level of resilience than the other
students.
