高填方路堤下涵洞垂直土压力研究

摘要
山区高速公路高填方涵洞工程应用广泛,但高填方涵洞顶部受到的垂直土压力
影响因素较多,现行公路桥涵设计通用规范中线性土压力理论未能准确反映涵顶垂
直土压力的变化规律,使得涵顶土压力计算结果与实际情况存在较大差异,导致高
填方涵洞在施工和使用过程中出现不同程度的病害,影响高速公路的正常使用。
本文针对这一问题,结合现场试验、数值模拟和理论分析研究了高填方涵洞非
线性土压力的分布和变化规律,讨论了填土高度、边界条件、涵洞几何尺寸、填料
性质及地基刚度等因素对填土-涵洞结构体系受力和变形的影响,并对几种涵顶垂
直土压力计算理论进行了比较,给出了各种理论计算方法的适用范围,最后分析了
高填方涵洞几种较为常用的涵顶垂直土压力减载措施。
研究结果表明,对于上埋式涵洞和宽敞沟谷设涵,涵顶垂直土压力大于按照公
路桥涵设计通用规范计算的涵顶土压力,涵顶土压力集中系数随填土高度的增加非
线性增长,填土达到一定高度后,垂直土压力集中系数就逐渐趋于稳定并略有减小;
涵顶受到的垂直土压力影响因素较多,但大多都与填土在涵顶平面产生的沉降差有
关,沉降差越大涵顶土压力集中系数越大;在涵洞设计时要选取符合现场实际情况
的涵顶土压力计算理论,以免造成经济浪费或影响涵洞结构安全;当涵顶填土过高
时可采用适当的减载措施,以减小涵顶受到的垂直土压力,提高涵洞结构的安全性。

Abstract
High fill culverts are widely applied in expressway in mountain area. There are
many influencing factors on the vertical earth pressure on high fill culverts, and the
variation law of the vertical earth pressure on the culvert is not accurately reflected by
linear earth pressure theory in prevailing Chinese General Code for Design of Highway
Bridges and Culverts. The results calculated by the method in the code are different from
the field test results, which may induce various problems in the construction process or in
service time of culverts, and influence on normal service of the expressway.
According to this problem, the distribution and variation laws of nonlinear earth
pressure on high fill culverts are studied based on the field test and FEM numerical
simulation, as well as theoretical method in this thesis, and the influencing factors on the
stress and displacement of the soil-structure system have been discussed in detail, such as
the height of the fill, the boundary conditions of installation, the dimensions of the culvert,
the characteristics of the fill, and the stiffness of the ground, etc. Several calculation
methods of the vertical earth pressure pared and their application scopes are
indicated. Even
