随着中国经济的发展以及电子商务技术的广泛应用,现代物流作为一种先进的组织方式和管理技术,被广泛认为是企业新的重要利润源泉,越来越多与物流相关的企业正积极筹划和研究向现代物流的转型。
事实上,中国航运企业作为物流服务的提供者,对现代物流的认识和实践,与发达国家相比还存在较大的差距。必须突破传统的经营观念和模式,以市场需求为导向,以用户满意为目标,提供全过程、全方位的现代物流服务,已经成为企业决策者极为关注的课题,这是市场经济的需要,更是自身发展的必然选择。
本文通过对中国航运企业的现状进行分析,研究了其向现代物流转型并真正成为综合性现代物流企业的必要性和可行性,提出了中国航运企业发展现代物流的总体战略和具体措施,为企业加快发展现代物流、增强市场竞争能力提供了一个切实可行的操作方案。
由于第三方物流在我国还是一个年轻的行业,近年来通过与航运企业大量的密切接触和相互交流,深深地体会到了我国传统航运企业在新经济大潮下向第三方物流服务转型的迫切心情,同时也发现虽然各种刊物都大量地介绍现代物流,但怎样才能成功地转型和开拓成为一个真正的第三方物流企业,又是大家都感到比较困扰的问题。本文的研究对我国航运企业发展第三方物流有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT
With the development of China's economy and extensive application of electronic business technology, modern logistics as an advanced way anization and technology of management, has been regarded as an important new source of benefit. More and more enterprises relating with logistic business are considering and planning to transfer to modern pany.
It is a fact paring with panies of advanced countries, Chinese traditional pany as a provider of logistic service, still has big differences in understanding and carrying out of modern logistics. How to break through the traditional concept and pattern of management has e the top issue considered by pany's decision-maker. They're aiming to meet the demands of the market need and making clients to be satisfied and providing whole process of logistic service. This is the natural result of market economy and choice of self-development.
This article is to point out that it is necessary and possible for Chinese panies to transfer to prehensive modern logistic enterprises through analysis of current situation of panies. It brings out the strategy and measure for Chinese panies how to develop modern logistics. It provides panies a practical scheme to speed up the development of modern logistics and enhancing the petition.
