摘要
钛合金由于其优良的机械性能,在航空航天、石油化工等领域内得到广泛的应用。同时,
钛合金是典型的难加工材料,加工过程中刀具磨损严重。微织构已被证实具有良好的减摩作用。
本文将微织构应用于硬质合金刀具材料表面,通过对 TC4/WC-Co 摩擦副摩擦磨损性能的研究,
分析微织构对硬质合金材料摩擦性能的影响,并将微织构尝试应用到刀具表面,通过切削试验,
分析微织构对刀具加工性能的影响。本文主要工作如下:
1) 通过试验确定微织构的加工参数,利用激光加工技术在硬质合金材料表面进行微织构
造型。使用金相砂纸对试样进行毛刺处理,利用超声技术对试样进行清洗,并在三维
白光干涉表面形貌仪下测量试样表面微织构的参数。
2) 通过无织构与微坑织构试样的摩擦磨损对比试验,研究了刀具-工件材料摩擦副在不同
摩擦速度、不同接触载荷下的摩擦磨损性能;通过正交试验,研究微坑直径、微坑深
度、载荷和相对滑动速度四个因素对硬质合金材料表面摩擦性能的影响程度;通过微
沟槽与微坑试样的摩擦磨损对比试验研究了微沟槽织构的减摩性能。
3) 利用激光加工技术制作出了微织构刀具,并进行了正交切削试验,通过对测量所得的
切削力和切削温度分析,研究了微织构对刀具加工性能的影响。

刀具表面织构减摩性研究
Abstract
In virtue of its excellent mechanical properties, titanium alloys has been widely used in
aerospace, petrochemical and other fields. However, titanium alloys is very difficult to cut, tool is
seriously worn down. It has been proved that micro-texture has good effect on friction-reducing. In
this article, the micro-texture has been used on the surface of carbide. The friction and wear properties
of TC4/WC-Co have been studied during the experiment and the effect of micro-texture on the
friction properties of carbide materials has been analysised. The micro-texture has also been applied
on the tool surface; cutting performance of the tool is studied through cutting test. The major tasks of
this article are as follows:
1. The processing parameters of the micro-texture are determined by testing, and the micro-texture
on the surface of hard alloy materials is made by using laser texturing technology. The burrs of
the samples are processed by metallographic sandpaper, using ultrasonic technology to clean the
samples. The micro-texture parameters on the sample surface are measured by three-dimensional
white light interferometer surface topography instrument.
