文档介绍:合肥工业大学硕士学位论文汽车平顺性仿真分析与悬架参数优化姓名:徐陈夏申请学位级别:硕士专业:机械设计及理论指导教师:陈剑 20090401 汽车平顺性仿真分析与悬架参数优化摘要汽车平顺性是汽车NVH性能的评价指标之一,人们对汽车平顺性的研究越来越重视,通过调整汽车悬架的参数能够改善汽车平顺性。本文阐述了汽车平顺性和多体动力学的发展概况以及ADAMS软件的理论基础,介绍了ADAMS/CAR的建模与仿真方法。本文利用ADAMS/CAR建立包括悬架系统、轮胎系统、转向系统、动力总成系统、人椅系统等子系统在内的整车动力学模型,对前后部分车身的固有频率进行估计,对该车的行驶平顺性进行仿真,并对仿真结果进行评价,考查该车的平顺性是否理想。按照平顺性评价结果选择前后悬架的弹簧刚度和减振器阻尼为变量,对该车的平顺性进行试验设计和优化设计,对优化结果进行可靠性分析,并对优化后的结果进行平顺性仿真检验,进而与优化之前的结果对比,并阐明通过优化能够在一定程度上改善汽车的平顺性。关键词:多体动力学ADAMS平顺性悬架iSIGHT优化设计 Simulation and Analysis ofVehicle fort and Optimization ofSuspension Parameters ABSTRACT Vehicle ride cornfort iS one of the evaluation indexes of vehicle NVH performance,nOW people pay more attention tothe vehicle fort research. We can improve the vehicle fort through the adjustment of vehicle suspension parameters. This paper summarizes the evolution process of vehicle fort and multi-body dynamics and thebasic theory ofADAMS software,and introduces the method ofmodeling and simulation ofADAMS/CAR. This paper builds up a whole multi-body dynamics model including suspension,tires,steering,people—seat and author estimates the natural frequency of fore—after body,and simulates the fort and does the evaluation,and then checks whether thisvehicle’S fort isideal or not. The author selects the stiffness of spring and the damp of damper of suspension as the variables,and does the design of experiment and optimization. The reliability analysis forthe result ofdeterminate optimization isdone by using Monte Carlo then the author checks up the result ofoptimization by doing the vehicle fort simulation,pares itwith the simulation result result indicates that the optimization can improve the ride tosome extent.
