多民族混合学校中学生的同伴关系特点
与人际交往能力的研究

摘要
处于生理和心理迅速发展时期的中学生,他们的心理健康状况至关重要,而
人际关系是心理健康的重要组成方面。在多元文化背景下,多民族混合学校中学
生的人际交往具有其鲜明的特点。中学生对父母和教师的心理和情感依赖减少,
而更倾向于与同伴建立良好的人际关系。人际交往能力对个体的人际关系状况具
有重要的作用。所以有必要对多民族混合学校中学生的同伴关系的特点及人际交
往能力对其的影响进行研究。
本研究以临夏回族自治州 4 所多民族混合学校的 342 名中学生为研究对象,
首先,采用社会测量法对多民族混合学校中学生的同伴关系特点进行了探讨;接
着将社会测量法和问卷法相结合探讨了人际交往能力对同伴关系的影响。主要得
到以下结论:
,会选择其
他民族的同学。男生会选择本民族的女生。汉族女生会选择汉族男生,但是回族
和东乡族的女生不会选择男生。
、回族和东乡族中学生在社会喜好上不存在显著性差
异;汉族、回族和东乡族中学生在社会影响上存在显著性差异,回族中学生的社
会影响显著高于汉族和东乡族的中学生。
、回族和东乡族中学生都拥有 1-10个好朋友。在亲密
朋友选择中,汉族选汉族的比例高于汉族选回族及汉族选东乡族的比例,回族选
汉族的比例高于回族选回族的比例,东乡族选汉族的比例高于东乡族选东乡族的
比例,汉族中学生更倾向于选择汉族的,而回族和东乡族的中学生也更倾向于选
择汉族的。
、交往技能、交往认知对社会喜好有显
著的正向预测作用;交往动力和交往技能对朋友数有显著的正向预测作用。

Abstract
Middle school students are in a period of rapid development of physical and
mental, their mental health is essential, and interpersonal relationships are important
aspects of mental health. In the context of multi-cultural, Multi-ethnic Mixed School
student’s interpersonal has its distinct characteristics. Middle school students reduce
the psychological and emotional dependence from their parents, but they are more
likely to establish good relationships with their peers. Individual's Interpersonal
intelligence has important effect on their relationship. It is necessary to research
Multi-ethnic Mixed School student’s characteristics of peer relationships and
Interpersonal intelligence’ effect on peer relationships.
In this study, 342 e from 4 Multi-ethnic Mixed School of the Linxia
