文档介绍:黑龙江科技学院毕业设计(论文) -I- 摘要目前, 国内尚无大型节筒坡口加工设备, 传统的坡口加工机械设备存在生产效率低下?成本高?难以保证加工精度的缺点, 不能满足超大型节筒坡口的加工需要?由于大型节筒坡口加工设备的使用范围受到时间和空间上的限制, 通用性差?利用率低?一次性投资成本高, 若单纯走引进之路, 则受政治?经济?技术等诸多因素限制, 且势必延长产品的生产周期, 不能满足国防建设之所需, 产品的质量安全也无从保证?因此, 为了适应国防建设的发展和提高国防工业的水平, 需要走自主创新的道路, 研制一种具有自主知识产权?效率高?经济实用的大型节筒坡口加工专用设备, 以提升我国潜艇的生命力?可靠性和整体性能?本文重点对坡口加工机床的夹紧装置?径向进给?纵向升降和切割角度调整等重要部件的设计, 根据设计和使用的要求, 对夹紧装置的静态刚度和强度?节筒受力变形和其加工误差进行分析?关键词: 坡口; 等离子束; 数控; 机床黑龙江科技学院毕业设计(论文) - II- Abstract At present, there isn ’t large shell-ring groove processing equipment in domestic and the traditional groove processing machine equipment has a lot of ing, which includes low productivity, high cost, and uracy so it doesn ’t meet the processing needs of the large shell-ring groove processing. Because there is the time and space of application range of large shell-ring groove processing equipment are limited and poor universality, poor efficiency , high the once only investment cost. If we only make introduction, there is lots of limited factors such as the aspects of politics, economic and technology etc, which will lead to extend production period , and can ’t meet the needs of national defense, and can ’t guarantee the safety of production quality. Therefore, in order to adapt to the development of national construction and increase the level of national defense industry, we should be self-reliance and innovation, and develop large shell-ring groove special equipment that has initiative intellectual property, high efficiency and economic practical for increasing the vitality, reliability and whole function of our country ’s submarine. The design focus on clamp device, cross feed device, longitudinal lift device and cutting angle adjusting device, based on the require of design and use, aimed at static stiffness and intensity, shell stress transforms and its processing erroranalysis.
