文档介绍：浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 ARROW公司企业发展战略研究姓名:郎洪峰申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:胡远华 201110 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 ARROW公司企业发展战略研究摘要 Y2049034 改革开放30年来,浙江省民营经济的总量和规模不断扩大,截至2010年底, 全省各类中小企业总数已达310多万家,占全省企业总数的99%。浙江经济中, 工业总量的96%、工业税收的85%、外贸出口的82%、工业企业从业人员的95% 都来自中小企业。中小企业为浙江经济发展作出了巨大的贡献。然而,2008年的全球金融危机使浙江民营经济的短板逐渐显露了出来。特别是进入后危机时代的今天,多个地区出现中小企业倒闭潮、外逃潮,而且这些倒闭的企业中不乏著名企业。相关的研究表明,造成这一现象的根本原因是浙江的中小民营企业多数缺乏战略管理思想,对内外部形势的急剧变化不能站在战略高度上进行分析,只关心眼前利益,没有建立自己独特的竞争优势,企业抗风险能力不强,严重影响了企业的生存与发展。基于后经济危机的全球形势,本文选取了浙江中小型民企中比较典型的一家企业——ARROW公司作为案例,运用战略管理的相关理论和分析工具,详尽分析了企业面临的外部环境的机会和威胁,以及自身的优势和劣势,在此基础上制定了ARROW公司的发展战略,并对如何有效的实现战略目标提出了相关保障措施和建议。通过研究,本文认为战略管理对中小企业生存和发展是十分必要的。作为典型的中小民营企业,ARROW公司的战略管理研究的过程和建议对广大中小民营企业应有一定的现实参考意义。关键词:中小企业,民营经济,战略管理,核心竞争力浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 ARROW公司企业发展战略研究 ABSTRACT Over the30years oftheopen andreformpolicy was put intopractice,the private economy inZhejiang Province hasdeveloped rapidly bothineconomic aggregate and theend of 20 0,there are morethan 3 00,000 private enterprises inZhejiang,which account for99%of theenterprises inZhejiang 96%of the totalindustrial,85%of theindustrytaxes,82%of theforei班export and 95%of e from and medium enterprises for Zhejiang economy development made enormous ,since theglobaleconomy crisisin2008,thedisadvantages ofthe privateeconomy inZhejiang havegradually inthepost—crisis era today,Small andmedium—sized business closures,flight tide appears inmultiple regions,which includesome research indicates,the root causes ofthisphenomenon isZhejiang’S smallandmedium-sized privateenterprises mostly lackofthought theinternal and external situation change sharply,they cannot standinstrategicheight toanalysis,only care about the immediate don’thave established meir own petitive risk resistance capability is not strong,SO that influence enterprise survival anddevelopment.
