文档介绍：天津大学硕士学位论文平铝公司质量管理改进研究姓名:史兴华申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:何桢 201105 摘要全面质量管理是被大量实践证明了的行之有效的企业质量管理理论和方法,在我国已经有30多年的应用历史,但具体到组织个体,建立适应自身特点的全面质量管理体系,使之更加有效性、符合性还需要更加深入研究。本文以肥矿集团平阴铝业有限公司质量管理改进为实例,融合我国中小型企业质量管理相对落后的背景,对IS09001质量管理体系和全面质量管理理论在组织个体中的应用进行了深入研究。文章将质量管理理论与企业实践相结合,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,从肥矿集团平阴铝业有限公司破产重组的背景入手,深刻剖析了企业在质量管理方面存在的突出问题以及深层次原因,结合行业质量管理现状和企业4 年来的生产经营实践,运用全面质量管理理论和IS09001:2000质量管理体系标准,指导企业质量管理体系的研究与改进,大力实施管理创新,将质量管理职能与经济考核部门融合,将生产管理与技术管理融入销售体系,建立市场营销与质量控制的绿色通道,推行质量风险抵押金制度等。通过建立质量管理持续改进组织,完善持续改进激励机制,运用PDCA循环法和QC统计工具,提高了企业质量管理水平和持续改善能力,顺利通过了国际质量管理体系认证。本文通过实践应用,全方位论证了全面质量管理理论在组织个体搿本土化"应用的可行性和必要性,得出了中小型企业质量管理体系的建立和实施不应该生搬硬套,要“本土化”实施,确保体系有效性、符合性的科学论断, 为众多中小型企业提供了理论和实践上的借鉴参考。关键词:质量管理体系, S0 9000, 持续改进 Abstract Throu曲more廿1雒30 years impIementation inChina,TQM hasbeen proven byla唱e amount practices tobe an ea'ectiVe theo叮锄d methodology ofquality for aspecified o唱anization,there is alot t0bestudied tosetup 锄e行ectiVequalit)rmanagement System based on 粕ization’s uniquenesses.
