新农村建设背景下农村道德建设研究

长期以来,传统封建伦理道德对农民的思想、生活以及农村经济、社会发展产生着
深远的影响。随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济的不继深入和发展、党和政府的高度关
怀、惠农政策的实施、新农村建设进程的推进,使农村经济得到了快速增长,农业产业
化经营取得了巨大成效,农民的生活得到了很大的改善。在社会主义新农村建设的目标
与要求中,对新农村精神文明建设也提出了新的、更高的要求。农村道德建设作为精神
文明建设的重要组成部分,应传承传统优秀道德文化、适应现代道德要求、在借鉴已取
得的成功经验的基础上不断发展和完善,为新农村建设创造一个良好的伦理秩序和道德
环境,为新农村建设的推进起着重要的思想保证和智力支持。
新农村道德建设必须以马克思主义中国化最新理论成果为指导,与当前新农村政
治、经济、文化、生态发展要求相适应,立足现状,正确分析当前农村道德建设中存在
的问题及问题产生的原因,处理好普遍性与特殊性的关系。
全文以新农村建设为背景,对新时期农村道德建设作了进一步的探讨。首先,阐述
新农村建设理论的提出及新农村建设与农村道德建设的相互作用。其次,分析了新农村
建设进程中农村道德建设取得的成就、存在的问题及影响新农村建设进程中农村道德建
设的原因。再次,由于我国正处在社会主义市场经济与民主政治建设的新的转型时期,
农村道德建设的重点有其特定的时代性,在此前提下提出了将社会底线道德建设、市场
经济道德建设和民主政治道德建设作为新农村建设背景下农村道德建设的主要领域进
行阐述。最后,以农村道德现状和现实条件为基础,有针对性地优化农村道德建设的外
部环境,完善农村制度体制,提升农村道德建设主体的内在要素,不断提高新农村建设
进程中农村道德建设的实效性,为创建政治、经济、文化、社会协调发展的社会主义新
农村提供精神支撑。

Abstract

In a long-term , the traditional feudal ethics has a profoundly influence in farmer's
thoughts, life, rural economic and social development. With the development of the reform
and opening-up and socialist marketing-orienting economy , dramatic concerning of the party
and the government ,carrying out of the implemented policy for rural and progressing of the
new rural process , all of which spur to the increasing of rural economy , make the
industrialized operation of agriculture to obtain enormous achievement and improve famers’
life . The construction of socialism new rural brings forward new and higher requirements to
the building of rural spiritual civilization while the building of material civilization has
obtained abundant fruits in the course of construction of new country. Rural moral
construction, as an important part of spiritual civilization, should inherit the traditional good,
adapt to the requirements of modern morality to continuously develop and improve on the
basis of the essful experience, which builds up a soun
