甘肃省基础教育区域信息网络建设现状与发展策略研究

摘要
随着教育信息化化的深入发展,甘肃省基础教育信息网络建设得到到了快速发展,在
自主投入资资金进行发展的同时,积极参与实施了众多国际、⃝国内信息化化项目,特别是
西部大学校园网工程的实施,在促进高校信息化化环境建设与发展的同时,带动动了区域
性网络体系的建设与发展,已经初步形成了一个完整的体系。⃞但是,硬件环境建设仅
仅是教育信息化化发展中的一个环节,应用与教育水平的提高是教育信息化化的目标。⃞本
研究主要从甘肃省基础教育区域信息网络的建设、⃝应用现状入手,力力求深入分析网络
建设与应用方面存在的问题,并对我省的基础教育区域信息网络建设和应用提出了一
些建议与策略。⃞
通过分析,可以得出:(1)甘肃省基础教育区域信息网络已初具规模,但缺乏深
层次的应用;(2)基础教育区域信息网络的建设应坚持统筹规划、⃝均衡区域发展的原
则;(3)要以服务务教育教学为目的,加加强管理队伍、⃝专业技术人员队伍、⃝教师队伍建
设;(4)要以资资源建设为重点,加加强区域网络教育教学应用水平,提高网络建设效益。⃞

Abstract
With the deep development of education informationization, Basic education
of Gansu Province has made rapid progress. Gansu has already invested funds in his
development, at the same time, Gansu actively participate in a number of international and
domestic information technology projects, especially in project for western campus.
All these projects not only promote the construction and development of college
informationization environment, but also boost the construction and development of
system, and formed plete system. However, the hardware environment
is only one aspect for education informationization, the goal of education
informationization is application and improvement of education. In this thesis, the author
analyses the real situation of basic system of Gansu province, and deeply
analyses the problems lies in construction and development, then he put forwards
some advances and countermeasures in solving those problems.
Through his analysis, the author thinks that:
I. The project of regional work for basic education in Gansu province
developed at a certain extent, but it is lack of deep-level applications;
II. The project of regional for basic education in Gansu province
should insist the principle of planning, programming and regional balanced development.
