对外直接投资流量流向选择的区位因素分析

摘要
在经济全球化浪潮中国际分工和国际生产持续扩张国际直接投资在国别选
择上表现出特有的空间规律性正确的国别选择和流量确定对于提高跨国公司投
资效率获得最优投资利润非常重要本文以跨国公司对外直接投资的流量流向选
择问题为研究对象从多个备选目的国与母国的区位因素的比较入手展开研究首
先对直接投资条件与动机理论区位理论和投资区位理论做了深入探讨接着运用
动态规划的基本思路建立了投资利润最优的离散时间模型和区位差异差额利润最
优的离散时间模型通过对利润最大化和最优投资额的比较分析证明了区位因素
尤其是东道国区位因素区别于母国和其他备选目的国区位因素的特殊性对于投资
利润最大化的获得从而对于做出直接投资国别选择和投资额选择的影响并说明
了该影响机制发生的机理在对自制调查问卷分析的基础上构建区位因素的三级
指标体系从现实性和发展趋势两个方面对区位因素及其子因素对投资流量流向选
择的作用给予了评价并以模糊综合评判法为例简单介绍如何拓展研究结果增强
了实用性通过模型分析和问卷分析本文证明并找到当前和今后对对外直接投资
流量流向相关性较大的多项区位因素子因素在此研究成果基础上有针对性的为
同时作为投资方和引资方的政府提出政策建议以培养区位核心竞争力更好的引
导国内企业对外直接投资和吸引更多外商直接投资

Abstract
In the tide of international economic international division and production are
strengthened further , the location selection of foreign direct investment(FDI) behaves as
special space regularities. The right location selection is a matter of great importance for
the Multinational Co-operations (MNCs) to improve productivity effects and benefits, and
to maximize the space efficiency of direct investment. Focusing on the topic of the flux
and flow direction of foreign direct investment, this paper deals with the location factors
of several optional host countries and home country from the following five parts: In the
first part, the author mainly explains the relationship among investment conditions and
motivation theory, location theory and investment location theory. Then the author creates
the investment profit optimization discrete time model and the location disparity margin
discrete time model. By parative analyses of profits and optimization investments,
the author proves that location factors, especially the particular factors of host country
different from home country and other optional countries, influence the optimization of
investment profit, as well as the choice of flux and flow direction. Otherwise, the author
