附加值高无污染的特点大多属于劳动和知识密集型工业都市型工业企业一般是
小企业常以聚集的形式存在
通过对武汉的整体工业状况和武汉现有的都市工业门类的分析本文主要得出了
以下结论武汉即将进入工业化发展的第二阶段随着人均 GDP 水平的提高将产
生特有都市型消费这个阶段经济应该由现代的都市工业和都市服务业来共同推动
因此必须通过发展都市工业来促进产业结构的调整形成高新技术产业支柱产业和
都市工业互为补充的生产力体系武汉都市工业的优势主要集中在服装食品包装
印刷和小型电子信息产品制造四个行业基于武汉丰富的科教资源和东湖高新技术开
发区的技术优势电子信息产品制造业有很大的发展潜力最后武汉都市工业的发
展可以依托都市工业园和都市工业楼宇来进行把发展都市工业和老工业基地改造结
合起来

Abstract
Through theoretical analysis and experience analysis, this paper has demonstrated the
necessity of existence of urban industry and disclosed its main characteristics. And then
apply it to Wuhan’s case to answer the question whether Wuhan needs to develop the urban
industry and how to develop it.
The urban industry is an industry form that exists in a city which has developed into the
metropolis stage. They depend on the gathering effect of the metropolis and are adapt to the
existence condition of the city.
The urban industry can be divided into four categories: the management headquarters,
the research departments and the sales departments of the business enterprises; the
traditional labor-intensive manufacturing processes; the technique-intensive or
information-intensive manufacturing processes and the intelligence-intensive
manufacturing processes which always involving in the design of a product. Generally
speaking, the urban industry is a kind of industry which is small land-using, high
value-added and free from pollution. The urban industry enterprises are mostly small ones
and often exist in a gathering way.
Through the analysis of the whole industry conditions and the current urban industry
conditions of Wuhan, this paper has drawn the following conclusions: First, Wuhan will
