摘要
在美国、英国等国外发达国家,职业生涯规划指导与就业指导被视为“积极劳动力
市场政策”的重要组成部分。在这些国家,职业生涯规划指导与就业指导不但在社会上
盛行并且受到规范和重视,而且在整个教育系统,职业生涯规划指导与就业指导也有其
较科学和规范的指导模式,并得到政府立法的肯定与支持。在我国高等教育系统,职业
生涯规划指导刚刚兴起,还有许多问题亟待去探索。尤其是我国高等职业院校对职业生
涯规划指导并没有引起高度重视,职业生涯规划指导制度还不够规范,机构还不够健全,
师资还不够专业不够充足,目标、方法还比较混乱,没有比较科学和规范的指导程序。
本文站在高等职业院校的角度,试图通过分析高等职业院校职业生涯规划指导存在
的问题,结合职业生涯规划的相关理论,探索出适合高等职业院校职业生涯规划指导的
步骤和方法,提升职业生涯规划指导的工作质量。为此,论文首先澄清了职业指导、就
业指导、职业生涯规划指导的概念及关系。其次追述职业指导的发展历史,揭示了职业
指导的发展趋势。国外职业指导大致可以划分为三个阶段:;

和必要性,结合高等职业教育独特性以及当前高职院校职业生涯规划指导的现状和存在
的问题,提出了加强高职院校开展职业生涯规划指导的一系列对策与建议:
规范高等职业院校职业规划指导机构及行为;;

Abstract
In some developed countries such as America, Great British,career planning and
guidance is an important part of “active labor market policy”. In these countries, career
planning and guidance is not only very popular and important, but has scientific and
systematic model which is admitted and supported by law. In our country, career planning and
guidance is new and has many problems to explore. Especially in higher vocational colleges,
career planning and guidance isn’t emphasized. The institutions of career planning and
guidance isn’t reasonable, the mechanism isn’t sound and there hasn’t enough teachers who
have certificates. The goal and methods are not clear and scientific, standard.
This article analyzes the problems of career planning and guidance from a perspective of
higher vocational colleges. The goal of this article is to improve the quality of career planning
