Thispaper,on abriefintroduction tothemeaning ofperformance,performance indexand othertheories,taking example oftheaffiliatedkindergarten toNantong YG PrivateEducation Group,with Analytic Hierarchy Process andManagement by Objectives,analyses thiskindergarten’S presentperformance index,well-targetedly puts forward some improvement measures,SO as to promote itsperformance management and petitiveness.
