大学生情绪调节方式、自我概念与人际交往困扰的关系研究

摘要
本研究以大学生作为研究对象,采用《Gross 情绪调节方式问卷》、《田纳西
自我概念问卷》和《人际关系诊断量表》,对501 名大学生的人际交往困扰、自
我概念和情绪调节方式进行调查分析。致力于探讨它们之间的关系,以及情绪调
节方式和自我概念对人际交往困扰的影响作用。以期为改善大学生人际关系提供
一定依据。
研究结果表明:
(1) 大学生的情绪调节方式、自我概念及人际交往困扰的性别差异显著,
男生表达抑制策略得分高于女生;女生的自我概念水平优于男生的自
我概念水平;女生人际交往困扰程度低于男生。
(2) 大学生情绪调节方式、自我概念的城乡差异不显著;人际交往困扰程
度差异显著,农村学生人际交往困扰程度大于城市学生。
(3) 大学生情绪调节方式、自我概念在独生子女与非独生子女间不存在显
著差异;在人际关系困扰得分中独生子女得分低于非独生子女。
(4) 大学生的情绪调节方式、自我概念和人际交往困扰年级差异显著。
(5) 大学生情绪调节方式、自我概念与人际交往困扰的因子存在显著相
关。
(6) 情绪调节方式、自我概念对人际交往困扰有很好的预测作用。

Abstract
This research takes college students as the target aspect. By using questionnaire of
Gross emotion regulation、Tennessee self-concept questionnaire and Scale of the
hindrance of interpersonal relationship, this study tries to find out the relationship
among college students’ hindrance of interpersonal relationship, self-concept and
emotion regulation and how self-concept, emotion regulation influence the hindrance
of interpersonal relationship of college students. The results show that:
(1) Sex differentiation of emotion regulation mode, self-concept and hindrance of
interpersonal relationship is significant, on the aspect of expression suppression the
males are superior to the females; on the aspect of self-concept the females are
superior to the males; on the aspect of the hindrance of interpersonal relationship,
the females have less hindrance than the males.
(2) Differentiation of emotion regulation mode and self-concept the college
students between urban and rural are not significant. Differentiation of hindrance of
interpersonal relationship the college students between urban and rural are
significant. The e from urban have less hindrance than the others.
