文档介绍：天津商业大学硕士学位论文企业业绩评价指标体系研究姓名:程琳申请学位级别:硕士专业:会计学指导教师:孙玉甫 20080501 摘要企业业绩评价指标体系是为了实现一定评价目的而构建起来的由一系列反映企业各个侧面相关指标集合的多层次、多因素的系统结构。信息高速发展的时代,外部信息使用者不再满足仅仅依赖于对传统财务评价指标体系的运用,而是更加重视对非财务评价指标体系的运用。本文在总结前人经验的基础上,基于外部信息使用者角度研究企业业绩评价指标体系。对于外部信息使用者来讲,其决策依据只能来源于财务会计报告所披露的信息,因此笔者从财务会计报告出发对企业业绩评价指标体系进行阐述。通过分析外部信息使用者对财务会计报告的信息需求以及财务会计报告能够为业绩评价提供的信息,说明现行财务会计报告无法满足企业外界的信息需求,有必要进行适当的变革。本文通过调查问卷的形式对现行财务会计报告中主要会计报表必须披露的会计信息各项指标在现实会计实务中披露的必要性和重要程度,收集和借鉴中外文献与实践中所涉猎到的评价企业业绩的指标,以及更为广泛的为信息需求者所要求披露、了解的指标进行了调查。笔者利用调查分析得出的结论从财务层面和非财务层面构建了更加完善的企业业绩评价指标体系,为外部信息使用者提供了更为有效、全面而准确的信息,让其准确的评价企业业绩,从而做出明智的财务决策。调查分析的结果也为完善财务会计报告信息披露提供了依据。最后,笔者阐述了现行财务会计报告改革的必要性、可行性、方向及对策, 认为将财务指标与非财务指标有效整合将是完善企业业绩评价指标体系的有效途径。夫键词:业绩评价财务指标非财务指标指标体系 ABSTRACT Research on theEvaluation Index System ofEnterprises Performance is inorder torealize appraisal goal toconstruct amulti—leveland multi—factorsystem stmctureby aseriesof indexes reflecting each thehi曲speed developing time ofinformation, external information users are no longer satisfiedwithmerely applying thetraditionalfinancial evaluation indexsystem,but alsoattachimportance tothe apply ofnon—financial evaluation indexsystem more.
