高校创新平台培养研究生创新能力的路径研究

摘要
研究生创新能力的培养,直接关系着国家未来创新人才的生成,关系到国家整体创
新能力形成,对国家创新体系有着根本性的影响。依托高校成立的国家(重点)实验室、
国家工程(技术)研究中心、国家哲学社会科学研究基地、各类省部级重点实验室和工程
研究中心等,既是国家创新体系中原始创新成果的核心基地,也是我台。目前关于我台培养研究生创新能力的研究较少,缺乏系
统深入的理论分析和实证探讨。本文希望通过对高校创新平台培养研究生创新能力的路
径分析,对我国高校研究生创新能力的培养模式创新起到一定的理论指导作用。
本论文对高校创新平台、研究生创新能力培养的国内外研究现状进行了综述,确证
了本文的研究意义和研究方向,并在此基础上,对高校创新平台、研究生创新能力的概
念、要素、类型、特征进行界定。对创新能力开发的系统理论进行了梳理归纳,分析了
创新能力开发系统的主要要素和作用机理。
本论文对高校创新平台培养研究生创新能力的路径给予了详尽的剖析。横向上分析
了高校创新平台的导师团队、课题项目、文化氛围制度、物资设备等要素对研究生创新
能力培养的作用。纵向上从研究生的知识学习、技能训练、论文开题、论文写作四个环
节,系统的分析了高校创新平台的作用。并提出基于创新能力开发系统观的高校创新平
台培养研究生创新能力作用的系统模型。在此基础上,选取重庆大学具有代表性的创新
平台作为实证分析样本,论证本文提出的理论模型。根据路径分析和实证调研,对于现
在我国研究生创新能力培养,给出了几点启示和政策建议。
本论文从创新能力开发系统观来剖析高校创新平台对研究生创新能力培养的路径。
由表象到本质,由宏观到微观,从理论分析到具体实证,从定性到定量,系统的分析了
我台培养研究生创新能力的路径问题。

ABSTRACT
Graduate creative ability is directly related to the country's future generation of creative
talents, related to the formation of the country's overall innovation capability, the national
innovation system has a fundamental influence on it. The key laboratories of Colleges and
Universities , the research center of national engineering (technology), the Research Base of
National Philosophy and Social Science, various provincial and ministerial key laboratories
and engineering research centers, both national innovation system are both the core of the
original innovation and the main platform. At present, the study about the innovation platform
in University for enhancing the Graduate Students' innovation is very little. This article hopes
to Creative platform creative ability of the path, on our ability Graduate Students Innovation
plays a guiding role in the theory.
