高等职业教育作为高等教育的一个重要组成部分,其发展已受到社会的广泛关注。近
几年来,高校毕业生连年持续保持大幅度的增长,高职院校毕业生就业难的问题日益突出,
将直接影响高等职业教育的发展。本文通过大量文献资料的总结和研究,运用了问卷调查
和访谈法,并以定性分析和定量分析,系统地分析了武汉地区高职院校毕业生就业存在的
问题,最后有针对性的进行了相应的对策研究,为本地区高职院校的持续发展提供了有价
值的参考。
首先,对武汉地区近几年来高等职业教育发展现状进行了阐述。本文通过武汉地区近
几年高等职业教育发展规模、师资队伍状况分析以及办学设施状况来进一步说明本地区高
等职业教育发展现状。
其次,运用问卷调查方法,以武汉地区为例,对本地区高职院校毕业生就业观和高职
院校就业指导工作现状进行实证调查与分析,以及对某些企业主要部门负责人进行了相关
的访谈。结合武汉地区 2008 年高职院校毕业生就业现状问卷调查的统计结果,对其调查
问卷数据进行了相关分析。
再次,结合调查问卷的分析结果,分析了武汉地区高职院校毕业生就业存在的问题,
分别从金融危机对就业的影响、就业理念存在偏差、缺乏必要的实践能力、就业指导不得
力以及社会对高职学历的认同度不高等方面来进一步论述,提出了就业质量比就业率更能
反映高职教育的办学水平和教育质量的观点。
最后,提出针对武汉地区高职院校毕业生就业的对策。基于本文以上对目前在全球金
融危机宏观背景影响下武汉经济发展形势和对本地区高职院校毕业生就业现状的调查分
析以及高职院校毕业生就业中存在的问题,从政府、学生自身和高职院校三方面提出相应
的建议和对策。

Abstract
Higher vocational education as an ponent in higher education, its
development has a widespread concern in society. College graduates have been maintained
significant growth yearly. The difficult problem of employment e more prominent and it
will directly affect the development of higher vocational education. This paper based on a great
amount of documents and the methods of questionnaire survey and interview survey makes an
overall analysis on the reasons and problem employment of higher vocational graduates in
Wuhan region through qualitative analysis、quantitative analysis and systematic analysis. As a
result of, this paper will give the corresponding countermeasures, which provide a valuable
reference to the region’s sustained development of higher vocational
