西部地区农村中小学现代远程教育工程学习支持服务系统的研

摘要
构建现代远程教育学习支持服务系统是一种以学生为本的重要教育观念,我
们现在所从事的一切教育活动的根本目的就是要促使学生的全面发展,学习支持
服务系统就为学生在学习过程中给与了各种帮助,使得学生的学习活动更加顺利
的完成。构建现代远程教育学习支持服务系统是提高远程教育学习效率的需要。
本文总结和分析农村中小学现代远程教育工程项目学校远程教育学习支持服务系
统的建构特色和规律,找出它们的问题和不足,在此基础上,提出我国西部地区
农村中小学现代远程教育工程学习支持服务系统的一些改进策略,不断提高农村
中小学现代远程教育工程的质量,使农村中小学现代远程教育工程的效益发挥到
最佳,促进我国教育事业的进一步发展。
本文共分五部分:
第一部分为绪论, 主要阐述选题目的和意义及研究方法。
第二部分介绍了现代远程教育学习支持服务系统的内涵、构成要素及功能。
本文将农村中小学现代远程教育工程学习支持服务系统分为三个子系统,即:人
员子系统、软件子系统和硬件子系统。
第三部分是对西部地区农村中小学现代远程教育工程学习支持服务系统的现
状与分析。对调查问卷进行了详细的分析,从中总结了西部地区农村中小学现代
远程教育工程学习支持服务系统在人员子系统、软件子系统和硬件子系统中存在
的问题。
第四部分是在分析了西部地区农村中小学现代远程教育工程学习支持服务体
系存在的问题的基础上,提出了加强硬件环境的有效利用、重视软件资源的建设
与使用和加强教师校本培训,促进教师专业的发展三个方面的的改进措施。同时
也提出了西部地区农村中小学现代远程教育工程学习支持服务系统的构建原则。
第五部分研究总结,同时对本文的贡献和不足进行了说明。

ABSTRACT
Establishing the learning support services system of the modern
distance education project is a student—oriented education concept, all the
educational activities we now engage in aim at students’ comprehensive
development. The learning support services system is very helpful in
students’ learning and contribute to their fulfillment of learning.. It’s
necessary to improve the learning efficiency by establishing the learning
support services system. This article mainly discusses the features and
regularities of the learning support services system of the modern distance
education project of middle and primary schools in the countryside and
finds out the problems and defects in this field, which helps with the
improvement of this system and the quality of modern distance education
project of middle and primary schools in the countryside, brings the best in
the modern distance education project, and contributes to the further
development of our educational course.
