学情分析
学****者分析：
知识基础：初中阶段学生在日常的学****中基本已掌握书信的格式和故事的基本要素。
技能特点：大部分学生的基础较差，词汇量少；胆怯不敢开口的情况很普遍；写作时因词汇匮乏而出现瓶颈。
3. 心理特点：部分学生缺乏学****兴趣与热情，胆怯不敢开口，部分学生有放弃写作的情绪。因而选择“学校生活” （贴近学生的话题：中考体育、球场受伤事件）作为主线贯穿本课。
教学目标
教学目标：
知识目标：复****两种写作形式：书信和故事。帮助学生巩固书信和故事的写作格式、结构及常用词组和句型。
书信：掌握格式；
故事：掌握故事的基本要素（时态，人称，5Ws）及运用事情发展的时间顺序清楚描述一个故事。
能力目标：训练学生两方面写作能力：口头和笔头。
教学重难点：
教学重点：掌握书信的格式；掌握故事的基本要素。
教学难点：模仿口语考试口头作文部分的要求，让学生运用事情发展的时间顺序清楚描述一个故事。

Step1. Presentation
Present the teaching objectives: review two kinds of writing (a letter and a story)
Step2. Review the first kind of writing : letter
1. Show the letter the teacher received and ask Ss question about its format.
2. Match the names (Beginning, Body, Ending, Greeting, Signature) with the 5 boxes besides the letter.
Step3. Review the first kind of writing : sotry
1. Ask Ss to read the body part of the letter, and ask them what it is about, and help review the basic elements of a story (tense, person, 5Ws).
2. Discussion: How did the story develop?
Ask Ss to find out the time words and the action or actions that go with each time word.
Step4. Story telling
Ask Ss to look at some pictures about an accident in the basketball court.
Ask them to think about the basic elements of the story and how the story develop
