摘要:本文从材料、工艺、结构三方面入手，阐述了白车身轻量化的关键技术，并对虚拟产品开发思路与技术进行了说明，包括参
数化模型的构建、拓扑优化、断面优化等。同时，分析了白车轻量化的成效，证实了相关技术的应用能够促使汽车产品的自重、生产成
本、材料成本、汽车行驶燃油总量、排碳总量均大幅降低。
Abstract:
In this paper, the key technologies of BIW lightweight are expounded from three aspects: material, process and structure,
and the ideas and technologies of virtual product development are explained, including parametric model construction, topology optimization,
section optimization and so on. At the same time, the results of light weight reduction of white cars are analyzed, and it is confirmed that the
application of related technologies can greatly reduce the deadweight, production cost, material cost, total fuel consumption and total carbon
emission of automobile
