社会比较与控制源对大学生主观幸福感的影响

探讨社会比较、人格特质中的控制源维度对大学生主观幸福感的影响,旨
在加深对大学生主观幸福感状况的了解,为提高主观幸福感水平,促进身心健
康发展提供可以借鉴和参考的信息。分两个研究进行,研究一通过问卷法了解
了大学生主观幸福感的状况,以及社会比较倾向、控制源对大学生主观幸福感
有何影响;研究二通过实验法研究了外显与内隐比较、向上与向下社会比较对
内外控大学生主观幸福感的影响。
研究结果表明:
(1)大学生主观幸福感在性别、是否独生子女和生源地上的主效应不显著,
性别、是否独生子女和生源地三者之间不存在交互作用,大学生主观幸福感在
性别、是否独生子女和生源地上不存在显著差异;
(2)社会比较倾向、控制源与大学生主观幸福感之间存在相关。观点比较
与主观幸福感存在显著负相关,控制源与主观幸福感存在显著正相关。
(3)不同社会比较倾向和控制源水平的大学生主观幸福感存在差异。社会
比较倾向低分组比高分组的总体情感指数高,外控组被试比内控组被试体验到
更多的的主观幸福感;
(4)社会比较倾向、控制源对大学生主观幸福感具有预测作用。回归分析
表明,控制源、观点比较和能力比较对大学生主观幸福感有预测作用。
(5)控制源的中介效应检验发现,控制源在社会比较倾向和主观幸福感之
间起着部分中介作用。
(6)内隐比较与外显比较对大学生主观幸福感产生了不同的影响,产生的
影响与控制源和比较方向有关。
(7)社会比较方向和大学生主观幸福感没有必然的对应关系。

Abstract
Trying to discuss that how the locus of control among personality traits and
parisons influences subjective well-being of university students, the study
aimed to deepen students understanding of subjective well-being status, to improve
the subjective well-being levels, and promoting physical and mental development
can draw upon and reference information. We have two studies. In the first study, we
investigate the influence of parison orientation and locus of control
towards college student’s subjective well-being. In the second study, we discuss how
implicit parison and explicit parison, the parison
and parison influence college students subjective well-being.
The study results show:
First, the main effect of sex, only children and region is not significant, the
interactive effect of sex, only children and region is not significant. College students’
subjective well-being of different sex, only children and region are not remarkable.
Second, the parison orientation and the locus of control are relation to
college students’ subjective well-being; parison orientation has negative
