This system is responsible using the GPS module to receive the localization data, the GSM module is responsible in the vehicle to carry between the terminal and the monitoring user transmits the information, receives and dispatches the short note under the monolithic integrated circuit control, the monolithic integrated circuit control circuit carries on the analysis to the GPS localization data, and makes corresponding processing according to user's power circuit by7805 for the monolithic integrated circuit, the GPS module will provide the DC voltage, LM2941CS the DC voltage constant voltage provides again to the GSM module installs this alarm apparatus in the automobile, when the GPS module receives exceptionally vibrates the signal, after monolithic integrated circuit processing take the work as the channel, reports to the police the information through to disappear short the letter notice user, after the vehicle owner receives reports to the police the information, the transmission order reports to the police or controls remotel
