互联网的发展带动了基于电子商务平台的中小企业的发展，但作为企业发展中最为重要的一个问题——融资，尤其是针对中小企业来说，融资问题是制约中小企业发展的一个非常重要的原因之一。本文主要针对中小企业的融资问题进行探讨，寻找相关的解决方案，帮助中小企业在当前互联网金融发展的背景下来解决融资困难的问题，同时，对当前我衡这一现状进行缓解，使资金得到有效的利用，优化资源配置。
本文针对互联网金融背景下中小企业融资问题进行研究，具体以 A公司为例，深入分析该公司目前在互联网融资背景下的融资问题，分析出现融资困难的主要原因，并结合 A公司发展的具体情况以及融资实际问题，提出了具体的改善建议，希望能够为我国中小企业能够实现融资渠道的扩展，更好的获得企业运营资金提供一定的建议。

ABSTRACT
The development of the Internet has led to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises based on e-commerce platform. However， as one of the most important issues in the development of enterprises- financing， especially for small and medium- sized enterprises， financing is a very important reason for restricting the development of small and medium- sized enterprises one. This paper mainly aims at the financing of small and medium- sized enterprises to explore the relevant solutions to help SMEs in the context of the current Internet financial development to solve the problem of financing difficulties， while the current financing and supply imbalance in China to alleviate the status quo Funds are effectively used to optimize the allocation of resources.
