康眠颗粒三种制粒工艺的比较

摘 要 :比较康眠颗粒的三种制粒工艺,评价不同制粒工艺对康眠颗粒的性质及有效成分含量的影响。以颗粒流动性、粒
径分布、堆密度、吸湿性、溶化性和有效成分含量为指标,评价湿法制粒、干法制粒、一步制粒三种制粒工艺的优劣。一步制
粒工艺简单,制得颗粒的流动性、溶化性和有效成分含量均优于湿法制粒和干法制粒,仅吸湿性稍差。综合各指标评价,选择
一步制粒作为康眠颗粒的成型工艺方法。
