中文摘要

随着世界经济的迅速发展，城市之间甚至国家之间的贸易量迅速增大，物流
配送成为了当今贸易发展的主要运行途径以及工具。当今物流配送系统已经逐渐
趋于完善，我国已具备发展物流管理和配送技术的经济环境和市场条件。
本文针对目前物流管理中存在的管理不清晰，缺乏配送线路指导和精密管
理、车辆分配管理复杂混乱等问题，运用软件工程的管理和开发思想，采用当前
主流的技术开发手段，设计并实现了物流管理信息系统，实现物流配送过程中的
各类信息管理、用户管理和调度安排，合理安排配送车辆从而达到降低能耗，减
少成本的目的。
在系统实现过程中，将先进的软件开发模式、软件工程思想贯穿于上层业务
和底层数据库的设计。系统采用 B/S 模式多层应用架构，以 MyEclipse 10 为前
台开发工具，采用 J2EE 作为核心技术框架，使用 SSH 作为体系结构解决方案，
页面层使用 JSP 技术进行开发，使用 Oracle 11g 作为数据库管理系统，通过 WEB
Service 实现数据的综合利用。
通过设计和实现物流管理信息系统，提高物流资源的利用效率，科学规划物
流调度，尽可能的减小货物运输过程中的存放、装卸和运输成本，提高了物流效
率。在现有基础上，减少了对物流员工的人力需求，增加了物流企业的效益。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of world economy, the trade between cities, even
nations increases quickly. Modern logistics has become the main channel and tool for
trade development. At present, logistics system already become to maturity. China has
already had the market economy conditions of the development of logistic
management and distribution technologe.
To the question that unclear concepts and confusing management, misguided
path, and precision management of the logistics management and in accordance with
the software engineering ideas and steps for information management system
