第一章 总则
1 为了预防、控制和减少职业危害及职业病的发生，保障员工身体健康，根据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》等法律制订本制度。
2 职业病防治工作坚持预防为主、防治结合的方针，为员工创造符合职业卫生标准和职业卫生要求的环境、条件、消除和减少各种危害因素对员工健康的影响。
3 项目部经理饶文举对本项目部职业卫生与职业病防治工作负全面责任，各部门主要领导对本部门的职业卫生与职业病防治工作负直接领导责任。
4 安质部是职业卫生职业病防治的主管部门，协调各部门做好职业病防治工作。
第二章 管理机构与职责
1 设立职业病防治领导小组，由下列成员组成：

2 职业病防治领导小组的职责：
，及时处理请示报告。
，审定职业病防治工作计划，并督促实施。
3 技安处负责按照《职业病防治法》要求，提出职业病防治工作计划和实施目标，推进和监督管理各项具体工作的实施并处理日常对外报表工作。监督《急性职业中毒应急救护预案》的实施。
4 人力资源部负责各项防尘防毒技术措施的具体落实，统一调度指挥突发性泄漏、中毒等事项的应急救护工作。
