文档介绍：西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文基于土地利用的城市慢行交通需求预测研究专业:交通运输规划与管理硕士生:袁朋超指导老师:王秋平教授摘要城市慢行交通需求预测是城市慢行交通规划的基础,慢行交通需求预测模型的建立和选择直接影响到整个城市的慢行交通出行效率和慢行交通设施的服务水平。以土地利用为研究基础,如何科学、合理地进行慢行交通需求预测,成为我国城市慢行交通需求预测的一个重要的研究方向。论文在客观分析城市慢行交通需求预测研究现状的基础上,以普遍使用的交通“四阶段”预测方法为依据,结合土地利用这一相关因素,建立城市慢行交通需求预测模型。论文通过对城市慢行交通需求预测的概念、多层次性以及研究意义等基本内容的详细阐述,论证了慢行交通需求预测的复杂性及重要性;从土地利用与城市慢行交通生成关系,对慢行交通小区的划分进行微观研究;通过对不同用地的慢行交通参与者慢行交通出行特性分析,为慢行交通需求预测模型奠定数据基础; 通过对“四阶段”预测模型的改进,根据土地利用的开发强度等因素建立慢行交通需求预测模型;从宏观、微观层面,以士地利用规模、性质和强度为影响交通生成的主要因素,利用回归分析确定慢行出行发生吸引权重,建立基于土地利用形态的慢行交通生成预测模型,结合实例,验证了模型的可行性和可靠性,为慢行交通规划和组织提供合理依据。对公共交通出行产生的慢行交通行为进行研究,建立公共交通辅助步行交通需求预测模型以及自行车停车需求预测模型。建立慢行交通需求预测模型,可以对城市慢行交通系统规划提供依据和起到良好的引导作用,充分发挥慢行交通设施的可利用性,发挥其最佳水平,而且对人们的出行效率、出行安全具有极大的改善和促进作用。关键词:慢行交通;土地利用;特性分析;需求预测论文类型:应用基础研究西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 Research on Urban Slow TransPortation—Demanding Forecast Based on Land—use Specialty: TransPortationPlanning&Manegement Postgraduate: Yuan Pengchao SuPervisor: Prof. Wang Qiuping ABSTRACT Urban slow transportation demand forecasting is the basis of city slow transportation planning,which directly affects the slow transportation efficiency and slow transportationfacilities service level of the whole on land use,how to scientifically,reasonably slow transportationdemand forecasting,is ing a research direction prediction of current our country city slow transportation demand.
