摘要
选取陕西商洛、安徽太和和吉林延边产桔梗，采用水提取法提取桔梗粗多糖，分别测定粗多糖含量，采用三氯乙酸－正丁醇法脱蛋白脱去多糖中粗蛋白，测定精制多糖含量，比较三个地区桔梗粗多糖及精制多糖含量。结果显示，安徽太和粗多糖含量最高，%，其次为吉林延边桔梗，%，%。提取粗多糖经精制后，安徽太和、陕西商洛、吉林延边桔梗粗多糖蛋白去除率分别为：%，%%，差异不显著。精制多糖含量分别为：%，%%。结果表明安徽太和桔梗多糖含量最高，陕西商洛次之，最后为吉林延边桔梗。
