摘要
选取陕西商洛、安徽太和和吉林延边产桔梗,采用水提取法提取桔梗粗多糖,分别测定粗多糖含量,采用三氯乙酸-正丁醇法脱蛋白脱去多糖中粗蛋白,测定精制多糖含量,比较三个地区桔梗粗多糖及精制多糖含量。结果显示,安徽太和粗多糖含量最高,%,其次为吉林延边桔梗,%,%。提取粗多糖经精制后,安徽太和、陕西商洛、吉林延边桔梗粗多糖蛋白去除率分别为:%,%%,差异不显著。精制多糖含量分别为:%,%%。结果表明安徽太和桔梗多糖含量最高,陕西商洛次之,最后为吉林延边桔梗。
