传统文化源远流长，博大精深。它是中华民族强大凝聚力的源泉，是维系全体中国
人的精神纽带，更是全球炎黄子孙共有的宝贵财富。中华传统文化历经艰辛，经过数千
年的演绎与扬弃，已深深地融入全体华人的思想意识和行为规范之中，渗透到社会政治、
经济，特别是精神生活的各个领域，成为影响社会历史发展，支配人们思想行为和日常
生活的强大力量。
当前，我国正处于社会转型的时期，面对社会多元价值体系的影响和西方文化浪潮
的冲击，高校的思想政治工作创新与改革就成为时代性的课题，而以爱国主义和整体主
义为载体的中国传统文化则为高校思想政治工作的创新提供了重大借鉴和契机。基于
此，本文将对传统文化在大学生思想政治教育中的价值及其实现进行深入研究。
全文共分四大部分：
第一部分：界定了“文化”和“传统文化”的概念，阐述了传统文化的特点，分析
了传统文化的两重性。
第二部分：探讨了传统文化在大学生思想政治教育中的价值。传统文化在大学生思
想政治教育中的价值是多方面的，有其必要性、可行性并具有重要而深远的意义。思想
政治教育必须植根于传统文化这一深厚的土壤，从中汲取精华，以切实增强思想政治教
育的实效性。
第三部分：对传统文化在大学生思想政治教育中的缺失进行了分析。传统文化在大
学生思想政治教育中的缺失有着深刻的历史原因：百年屈辱史造成的文化心理伤痛；西
方文化的强烈冲击；高等教育自身发展过程中对传统文化的忽视，这些都使人们对传统
文化有所顾虑。
第四部分：传统文化在大学生思想政治教育中价值的实现问题。传统文化在大学生
思想政治教育中的价值是一种潜在价值，要通过一种合理的机制才能发挥出来，成为现
实价值。这就要求我们多方面协调配合，营造大学生健康成长的社会环境，加强大学生

Abstract
Traditional culture has a long story，extensive and profound. It is the source of Chinese people
powerful cohesion, the spiritual link of our chinese people,and also the common cherishing measure of
the Chinese in the traditional culture experienced rather a hard time, after
interpretiation and sublation, it has been melt in the ideas and regulations of the Chinese all
over the world. It deeply digged into many aspects as social politics, enconomy, and spiritual
lives. It has become the power of influencing the development of history, controling the ideas
