【摘要】   目的：观察葛根素注射液对去卵巢大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)水平的影响。方法：大鼠50只，分为葛根素高剂量组、葛根素低剂量组、倍美力组、模型组、假手术组，每组10只。除假手术组外，均摘除大鼠卵巢造成去势模型。造模后第7天，检测大鼠血清E2水平，确定造模成功后，相应予葛根素注射液、倍美力水溶液、生理盐水灌胃。各组用药后30天测血E2含量。结果：用药30天后，模型组大鼠血清E2水平明显低于其它四组，差异有显著性意义(P<)。结论：葛根素注射液可以提高去卵巢大鼠血清E2水平，具有雌激素样作用。

　　Abstract Objective:To investigate the effect of puerarin injection on serum estradiol in female rats with ovary :SD rats were divided to highdose puerarin group, lowdose puerarin group, premarin group, control group, and sham operation group, 10 rats in model was established in all groups except sham operation group (a successful model was identified by detecting the level of estradiol on the 7th postoperative day).The level of estradiol was determined on the 30th day after administration of puerarin injection, premarin solution, and saline, :The level of estradiol was significantly lower in the control group compared to other 4 groups (P<).Conclusion:Puerarin injection has estrogenlike effect by increasing the serum level of estradiol in ovariectomized rats.

　　围绝经期综合征是指妇女在围绝经期过程中，由于卵巢功能衰退，体内雌激素水平降低导致神经
内分泌系统功能失调，引起植物神经功能紊乱和精神神经症状等一系列临床症候群。雌激素替代疗法(ERT)是目前临床上治疗妇女围绝经期综合征的经典方法。但长期使用雌激素可能增加乳腺癌及子宫内膜癌的风险，即使与孕激素合用也不能完全消除这种危险[1]。因此寻找一种
