摘要
随着机械制造业的发展和新型材料的投入使用,磨削技术也随之水涨船高,素有“弹 性磨削”之称的砂带磨削技术的应用范围也越来越广泛。砂带磨削具有表面质量高、磨 削性能强、效率高、适用范围广的特点,能加工一些砂轮所不能加工的材料,磨削优势 更为明显。
本课题针对砂带平面磨削设计。采用导柱导向的方式,用螺杆进行传动。根据箱体 类零件的上卸料、定位、移动和进给确定该设备的总体设计方案。箱体类零件在上料完 成、经过固定后,由定位装置将其运送到指定位置,在工作台和进给运动的配合下,完 成整个磨削过程。其创新点在于其独特的上卸料装置,并将磨削平面的运动分摊给了工 作台和主轴。这种运动的配合可以优化各自的运动、增大加工面积,最大可加工到长 400mm、宽350mm的平面,提高了加工效率。

ABSTRACT
With the development of mechanical manufacturing and new materials, grinding technology is a rising tide lifts all boats, known as the '"elastic grinding,\" said the application range of the abrasive belt grinding technology is becoming more and more belt grinding with high surface quality, strong grinding performance, high efficiency, wide applicable scope, the characteristics of can work some materials cannot be processed by grinding wheel, grinding advantage is more obvious.
This topic in view of the abrasive belt plane grinding process the method of guide pin guide, with a screw transmission. According to body parts on the unloading, positioning, mobile, and to determine the overall design of the body parts on the finish, after fixed by positioning device will be transported to the specified location, its, in conjunction with the workbench and feed movement to complete the whole grinding innovation lies in its unique discharging device, and the grinding plane's movement to the workbench and movement can optimize their motions, increase the processing area, maximum processing to 400 mm, 350 mm wide, flat, improves the machining efficiency.
