弧形链式双层立体停车装置的研制

摘 要院针对城市老旧小区停车难的问题袁殳计了一款双层立体侧向停车装置剽在一个车位上同时停放两辆车遥该装 置主要由弧形链条机构尧I拟四杆机构制坡推杆机构尧I动推杆及蜗轮蜗杆 减速器等部件组成遥上层停车板运 行时由弧 形链条带动就地面沿圆弧形轨迹抬升袁-次停车就位袁实现了上下层车位无避让停车曰下层停车装置由电动推杆及滑轮 组成袁达到快速进岀的目的遥该停车装置的顶部装有光伏蓄能电板袁既能达到节能环保且高效运行的目的I又起到了对车 辆进行有效保护及延缓零件老化的作用遥

To solve the problem of parking in the old urban residential areas, a duplex parking device is designed which could allow for lateral parking and be capable of parking two cars in the same space. The device consists mainly of arc-chain mechanism, virtual four-bar mechanism, push rod mechanism, linear actuator, worm reducer, and so forth. The upper parking plate could be elevated in place directly along with the circular curve by using arc-charm transmission mechanism and realize the conception of avoidanee parking while the lower one consists of electric putter and pulleys so that it could be moved fast.
