第一章 总则
第 1 条 为规企业和职工的行为， 维护企业和职工双的合法权益， 根据劳动法及其配套法规、规章的规定，结合企业的实际情况，制定本规章制度。
第 2 条 本规章制度适用于企业和全体职工， 职工包括管理人员、 技术人员和普通职工；包括试用工和正式工；对特殊职位的职工另有规定的从其规定。
第 3 条 职工享有取得劳动报酬、 休息休假、获得劳动安全卫生保护， 享受社会
保险和福利等劳动权利， 同时应当履行完成劳动任务、 遵守企业规章制度和职业
道德等劳动义务。
第 4 条 企业负有支付职工劳动报酬、 为职工提供劳动和生活条件、 保护职工合法劳动权益等义务， 同时享有生产经营决策权、 劳动用工和人事管理权、 工资奖金分配权、依法制定规章制度权等权利。
第二章 企业劳动用工制度
第一节 职工招用与培训教育
第 5 条 职工应聘企业职位时，一般应当年满 18 岁（必须年满 16 岁），并持有
居民身份证等合法证件。
第 6 条 职工应聘企业职位时，必须是与其他用人单位合法解除或终止了劳动关系，必须如实正确填写《应聘人员登记表》 ，不得填写任虚假容。
第 7 条 职工应聘时提供的居民身份证、职业介绍信、职业资格证书、学历证、失业证或解除和终止合同证明等证件必须是本人的真实证件， 不得借用或伪造证件欺骗企业。
企业录用职工不收取押金， 不要求担保、不扣留居民身份证、 暂住证、毕业证书、
