美发店员工职责
一、美发店组织结构图及人员配备情况
  1．美发店应有以下员工：
  店长：负责全面的经营管理工作。
  助理店长：协助店长的经营管理工作。
  技术总监：监督和指导美发师为顾客提供专业服务。
  美发师：负责为顾客提供美发服务的专业人员。
  助理：为顾客提供洗头、染发、烫发服务的专业人员，并协助美发师工作。
  咨询接待人员：负责接待顾客及咨询、预约、开票等协调工作。
  银台收款员：专门负责收款。也可以由咨询接待人员兼管。
  购销员：负责美容美发用品的购置、零售和设备的添置工作。
  后勤人员：包括负责卫生消毒工作的清洁员及负责仪器、水电检修等工作人员．
2．人员配备情况
  美发店应根据自己的经营面积和未来发展情况来配备工作人员。在保证
营业正常进行的情况下，尽量精简人员，有效的控制人力成本。
