  [摘要] 目的 分析早期肠内营养对肝胆外科术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。 方法 选取2014年2月~2015年2月于我院行肝胆外科手术的患者128例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=64)和观察组(n=64)。对照组接受常规肠内营养;观察接受早期肠内营养。比较两组患者的临床效果。 结果 观察组治疗后血清白蛋白、前白蛋白及预后营养指数改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<);观察组治疗总有效率(%)高于对照组(%),差异有统计学意义(P<);观察组患者肠道改善时间、术后住院接受恢复治疗时间均明显短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<)。 结论 早期给予肝胆外科手术患者术后肠内营养支持,具有安全、经济的特点,能保持肠黏膜的完整性,可作为肝胆外科术后患者首选的营养支持方式之一。

  [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of early enteral nutrition on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation in the department of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods 128 patients who were underwent surgery operation in our hospital of department of hepatobiliary from February 2014 to February 2015 were taken as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group(n=64) and the observation group(n=64).In the control group,they were received the routine enteral nutrition while in the observation group,they were received the early enteral clinical effect between two groups was statistically compared.
